Coming soon · Milestone raises

Fund projects
one milestone at a time.

Contributors fund a project, but the money waits in escrow. Each tranche is released only when the team delivers a milestone and contributors approve it. If the project misses its promises, whatever is left in escrow goes back to contributors.

Built for founders raising serious capital and contributors who want their money protected.

How it will work

  1. 01Set the planThe project sets a target, soft and hard caps, and two to six milestones, each with a deliverable, a deadline and a share of the funds.
  2. 02Raise into escrowContributors deposit ETH. If the soft cap is missed, everyone is refunded in full.
  3. 03Deliver and voteThe team publishes proof for each milestone. Contributors vote, weighted by what they put in.
  4. 04Release or refundApproved milestones release their tranche. Two rejections or a missed deadline cancel the raise and open refunds on the remaining escrow.

What makes it different

  • Money follows deliveryThe first tranche is capped by the contract. Everything else is earned milestone by milestone.
  • Votes can't be boughtVoting weight comes from what each contributor deposited, not from tokens bought later on the market.
  • Honest teams aren't held hostageIf too few contributors vote, a milestone passes, and every team gets one chance to revise after a rejection.

This feature is in design. Contracts are not deployed yet and nothing on this page accepts funds. Details may change before launch; the docs will always describe the current plan.
