How can we help?

Frequently asked questions

Which network does Tetro run on?

Robinhood Chain mainnet, chain ID 4663, an Arbitrum Orbit L2 that settles to Ethereum. Gas is paid in ETH. Your wallet must be on 4663; the header shows a switch button when it is not.

Why did my transaction fail with nothing spent?

Every write is simulated before your wallet asks for a signature. If the simulation reverts (price moved past your slippage, a sale closed, a cap was reached), nothing is sent and nothing is spent. Adjust and retry; the form keeps your input.

What happens when a bonding curve completes?

In the same transaction as the last curve buy, the contract creates the Uniswap V2 pair (or uses the empty one created at launch), seeds it at the final curve price and burns or locks the LP. Until then the token cannot be sent to the pair, so nobody can pre-seed it at a different price.

How are fees charged?

The launchpad takes 0.5% of every bonding-curve trade and of the amount raised by pools, fixed-price sales and auctions. The RWA marketplace takes 1% of each fill from the seller. Creators can add their own fee of up to 2% on curve trades. Every fee is shown before you sign; see Docs › Fees and revenue.

How do I claim from a sale?

Open the token page. After the sale is finalized (anyone can call finalize once it ends) use claim, or refund if it did not reach its soft cap or target. Vesting claims appear in Portfolio.

Can a creator mint more tokens?

No. LaunchToken mints the full supply once at deploy and has no mint function. The creator can only update the metadata URI.

Is my watchlist private?

Before you sign in it lives in this browser only. After Sign-In with Ethereum it is stored against your address on the Tetro API so it follows you across devices.

How do I report a vulnerability?

Open a ticket with the topic Security report and include the affected contract or page, the impact and steps to reproduce. Please don't disclose it publicly before a fix ships. The Security page explains scope and safe harbor.

Where are the terms and privacy policy?

Every policy is collected under Resources › All policies, including the Terms of service, Privacy policy and Risk disclosure. Each one opens with a short plain-language summary.

Who can execute a limit order?

Anyone. Your ETH or tokens sit in the LimitOrderBook contract and an execution only succeeds if you receive at least your minimum output. You can cancel at any time and get the escrow back.
